AiR INTUITIVE MOVEMBER WORKSHOP with Hsiao-Chu Hsia

Explore self-expression through body movements with visiting artist Hsiao-Chu Hsia. Body movement can be used by performers on stage, and by everyone in daily life as a nonverbal language. The workshop will start with freestyle dancing responding to sounds and music, then calm to a slow section of practicing creating movements by listening to your internal body and feelings.
