Express your funny side through the juxtaposition of found words and images, and create your very own 12-page bound book. Using re-purposed books, magazines, family photos and thrift shop ephemera we will create an absurd, surreal story based on a theme of your choosing. You will be guided to brainstorm images and elements you’re attracted to, as well as learn simple collage techniques to let your imagination go wild! Materials provided, participants are welcome to bring their own personal materials as well.
