Using a variety of techniques youth explore mark making and mixed media to create unique and expressive art journal pages. This guided creative workshop will include playful practices that consider the therapeutic benefits of art making, prioritizing process over product. Pages will then be gathered and fastened together by each participant to take with them, with the opportunity to explore further and add pages if they choose to do so.
The instructor has a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner Certification and will lead students through mindful-based art practices. Materials provided.

Program guides are free. Pick-up guides at Casa or at facilities throughout the city.
