Create cyanotypes with Artist in Residence Joshua Jensen that focus on how personal experience and memory affect our relationship to place.

Using memory mapping techniques from artist Marlene Creates, participants will be guided through different gestures of drawing and mark making, such as automatic drawing and freewriting, on acetate to create cyanotypes in the sun. Participants will be encouraged to share oral histories, connecting feelings with geography. Materials provided.
