Learn a range of decorative techniques to enhance your ceramics practice in this one-day workshop. Understand how to safely use the glaze room to finish bisque wares with proper dip glazing and brush application. Get creative with surface designs using underglaze, wax resist, stencils, sgraffito, carving, embossing, slip trailing, slip colourants, Mishima, rice paper underglaze transfers, and water etching.
Materials and clay tiles provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own bisqueware to the workshop.
