YOUTH TEXTILE ARTS CLUB with Tyler Alexander (ages 12 – 15)

Learn fabric dyeing, traditional and abstract embroidery, how to use a sewing machine, and pattern making basics. By the end of the course you’ll have several projects to take home including clothing, wall art, and a tote bag! Core techniques will be the focus, with an emphasis on experimentation and combining skills. Each class is designed to build confidence in trying new things, and all lessons are fully hands-on. You will learn a lot, but above all expect to have fun! Materials provided.
