Gain a solid foundation in ceramics with the three fundamental methods of handbuilding: coil, pinch pot, and slab construction. Use traditional and non-traditional tools while exploring both functional and decorative wares. Form a variety of clay creations, working from substructure all the way through to surface design using sgraffito, underglazes, and glazes.
Materials provided. Projects will be available for pick up approximately three weeks after the last class.

Program guides are free. Pick-up guides at Casa or at facilities throughout the city.
