Our AMAPA Clay Handbuilding and Wheel classes give students the opportunity to learn the fundaments of handbuilding and wheel throwing. Students will be taught guided projects, and individual creative ideas are encouraged! Students learn a variety of techniques like pinch pot, coil, and slab construction, while exploring surface design and glazing, to make functional and decorative wares.
Students attend class with a support worker. Classes are inclusive, with small class sizes to allow for greater one-on-one interaction with instructors. Classes are designated for differently abled individuals. Materials provided.

The Casa Program Guide is produced three times a year; Winter, Spring/Summer and Fall. Inside the guide find listings for the upcoming class and workshop schedule, upcoming exhibitions at The Gallery, information about artists in residence and seasonal events in the building. Program guides are free. Pick-up guides at Casa or at facilities throughout the city.
