Join us on Thursday, April 25 from 5:00 – 7:00pm in the Atrium for Artist in Residence (AiR) Camryn Carnell’s Open House!
Throughout the month of April, Carnell has been utilizing our Textile Studio and Dye Room! Carnell has been creating soft sculptures and quilted pieces in textiles, using bright colours and kitschy motifs to interrogate contradictory feelings and express adoration for the silly and awkward ways she finds herself moving in the world. Currently, she is working on a body of work that combines preowned textiles with forms referencing playground architecture. Carnell will have her work set up in our atrium, from 5:00 – 7:00pm.
The Screening of “Yarn” has been cancelled.

The Casa Program Guide is produced three times a year; Winter, Spring/Summer and Fall. Inside the guide find listings for the upcoming class and workshop schedule, upcoming exhibitions at The Gallery, information about artists in residence and seasonal events in the building. Program guides are free. Pick-up guides at Casa or at facilities throughout the city.
