In this Lethbridge premiere performance, Halifax-based new music vocalist and composer Janice Isabel Jackson will perform her solo song cycle O Death (lyrics by Annie Martin), in which a diverse range of personas address death from very different vantage points, and her new solo mini-opera Penelope: Ghost Walker, relating the plight of a young unwed mother from Halifax, in the final fateful moments of her life.
