AiR Julia Forrest – Pinhole Photography Workshop

AiR Julia Forrest – Pinhole Photography Workshop

Build a camera out of a simple container such as a cardboard box, a milk carton, or a tin can with Artist in Residence, Julia Forrest. With one small pin hole pressed into the box and light sensitive silver gelatin paper inside, students will understand how the shape of the camera affects their images by taking photos outside and developing them in the darkroom.

Materials provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own light-safe container to transform into a pinhole camera if they like.
