Band Bio – Monks on Call:
Monks on Call is a Contemporary Rock band from Edmonton, AB. Their debut EP “Lakewood Rd” was released in 2023 and has remained a fan favourite. The band’s live show has developed into an unforgettable blend of energy and charm forged from their debut Album “Signs” and further refined in their upcoming Sophomore album “Letting Go of the Grass,” recorded in December 2025 at Conjuring Cabin in Wizard Lake. At a Monks on Call show, you can get lost in Kara Marchand’s vocal mastery, supported by tight harmonies and a dialled rhythm section composed of Colten Bear (Guitar), Tristen Tiefenbach (Drums) and Stellar Nolan (Electric and Upright Bass).
