Slow down, breathe, and playfully experience the therapeutic benefits of creative practice. Join us for an evening dedicated to mindful creativity, meaningful connection, and artistic exploration. Suitable for both artists and non-artists. Explore the techniques and characteristics of watercolour and ink while observing and illustrating still life vegetables and fruit.
Materials provided. Beginners welcome. The session is led by a Therapeutic Art Practitioner. Fresh veggies and fruit will be displayed to draw from. Please be mindful of allergies.
