Flat Circle – Amanda Sylvester

Amanda Sylvester is a BFA student at the University of Lethbridge, living and working full time in the Lethbridge region. She most favours the tangibility of making things by hand no matter the medium, and is fascinated by the process of building small, negligible parts into a much greater whole. Recurring themes in her work include Queer experiences, feminism, and religious trauma, often explored through textile forms and coded messages.
