Lethbridge Folk Club Open Stage

Listen and play at open stages hosted by the Folk Club. Everyone is welcome at the Folk Club open stage in the Community Room. Free to attend, donations appreciated. Try some new material, form new partnerships or just sit back and enjoy local live entertainment.

The Lethbridge Folk Club, founded in 1979, is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. The Folk Club has operated in many different venues over the years, such as the German-Canadian Club, the Moose Hall and the Wolf’s Den in downtown Lethbridge & The Cave at Lethbridge College. The Folk Club fulfills its mission by hosting concerts and open stages on a regular basis. Folk, roots, blues, bluegrass and Canadiana are a few of the genres we explore, finding notable musicians for you to experience.

The Lethbridge Folk Club exists to make the experience of live music readily available to people in Southern Alberta and to support the musicians that create the music.  We believe live music is an essential part of our cultural, spiritual and community fabric. We especially support local and regional musicians whenever possible.
