Shakespeare meets Dickens
‘Shakespeare meets Dickens’ (at Casa, Wednesday December 21, 7pm), is the fifth seasonal fundraiser for Lethbridge Shakespeare Performance Society – the organization which has presented ‘Shakespeare in the Park’ for the past eleven summers. This year, our Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Carol’ will feature songs from the Muppet version! There will also be short Shakespeare scenes, and Christmas songs from our talented singers. To complete this Christmas celebration, there will be sing-along Christmas carols and tasty Christmas treats. Audience costumes are welcome – so dig out a ‘Victorian’ long scarf, or create a ‘Tudor’ hat !
