Join us on May 9 from 1:00–4:00 PM for This Must Be The Place, a land-based art fieldtrip with William Singer III (Api’soomaahka). A bus will transport participants from Casa to Indian Battle Park, departing at 1:00 PM!

Guided by Api’soomaahka, participants will walk through the river valley while learning about the importance of respecting the land and appreciating all of the artistic gifts it offers.
Following the walk, participants will take part in an art-making activity led by Brittnay Ayoungman, a local artist from the Siksika Nation.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided. This free community event invites participants of all ages to connect land, learning, and creative practice
