Shake off the winter blues — it’s time for YQL Winterfest 2022! This week-long celebration of all things winter runs January 14–19, 2022.
Bundle up the whole family and head to downtown Lethbridge to embrace the season with fun winter activities like fresh air concerts, snowshoeing tryouts, exhibitor stations for local winter experiences, a winter walkabout and a scavenger hunt with hundreds of dollars in prizes!
While exploring our incredible downtown, or snapping a selfie at the ice sculptures, stay warm by indulging in the Gourmet Hot Chocolate Contest. Local cafes and restaurants are competing for the bragging rights of the best hot chocolate. Grab a free sample from participating stores on Saturday, or order anytime during the week, then vote for your favourite.
YQL WinterFEST 2022 is presented by Tourism Lethbridge, with funding from the Heart of the City Re-Imagine grant and generous support from the Allied Arts Council, Casa, and the Downtown BRZ.

Inside the guide find listings for the upcoming class and workshop schedule, upcoming exhibitions at The Gallery, information about artists in residence and seasonal events in the building. Program guides are free. Pick-up guides at Casa or at facilities throughout the city.
